600 Foot Retaining Wall Build
With this project we had removed and disposed of an old wooden retaining wall, trenched and compacted the base materials, installed drainage, built a 600 foot Allan Block retaining wall completed with back filling and asphalt repairs to the laneway for a townhouse complex.
Stamped Concrete Installation
With this project, for a ski resort hotel, we had removed and disposed old slate stones tiles and installed reinforced decorative stamped concrete for a number of sidewalks and entrances. The stamp pattern is Grand Canyon Stone and the color is Slate Grey with a charcoal release. The concrete was finished off with a coating of commercial grade semi-gloss concrete sealer.
Broom Finish Concrete Driveway Build
With this project we removed and disposed of an old concrete driveway, installed wood forming, graded and compacted limestone gravel for the base, installed rebar reinforcements, then placed and finished a new broom finished concrete driveway for a residential home.
Resurface Concrete Steps and Landing
With this project we removed carpet, grinded and resurfaced steps and landing with 50MPA high strength cement with hardener and finished with a medium smoke grey colored polymeric paint for a residential home.
Natural Organic Berm Installation
With this project, for a strip mall shopping plaza, we had removed a 180 foot old rotting wood retaining wall, then provided over 90 tons of organic soil, shaped, graded and seeded (Kentucky Blue Grass and Rye) an all natural organic berm.
Asphalt Speed Bump Installation
With this project we installed 10 sets of asphalt speed bumps to slow traffic down at the entrance, exit and throughout this townhouse condominium complex.
Partition Wall Build
With this residential project, we framed and installed a decorative wall board partition wall with door and locking door handle.
